    I hate this USPS. The staff isn't helpful at all. They don't explain anything to you. They expect you to know everything when you walk in the door. Then they treat you like an idiot when they have to answer a question.

    Its not like the one off on Encio. The staff there smiles and they treat everyone kindly. Hey offer help suggestions and are very patient with people that don't know what they are doing.
